What we build

Every business is different. The mechanical load isn't.

We start with whichever function is costing you the most time, not a fixed package. Every automation is scoped to only the access it needs.

Eight functions, one fleet, you still in charge

Select any function to see how it works and what stays in your hands.

The front door

Communications

A drafting automation reads incoming email and prepares a reply, matched to who's asking and what they need. It never sends on its own. This is often the single biggest time saver in the whole build, and usually the first thing we automate.

Sales pipeline & lead intake

New enquiries, quote requests, and leads are triaged, filed, and calendared automatically, so nothing sits unread in an inbox until someone has time to deal with it properly. A site-visit request gets a different first response than a pricing question.

Quoting & estimating

Where quoting involves reading a document, a spec, or a plan and turning it into numbers, AI does the first pass, reading, counting, matching against a pricing structure, and hands back a checkable draft. Deliberately the most human-reviewed layer, since it's where the money decisions live.

Financial admin

Debtor chasing, cashflow forecasting, payment run preparation, and invoice drafting, all wired to your existing accounting software, all advisory or draft-only. Nothing moves money without a human approving it.

Customer relationship tracking

Outbound communications and proposals are automatically logged against the right customer record, so your CRM stays current without anyone having to remember to update it. The pipeline reflects reality, not whatever someone had time to type in.

Delivery & quality tracking

For businesses that deliver a physical job, a simple tracking system follows the work from scheduled to complete, with the field-facing side kept frictionless, no login, just a link or a QR code.

Marketing

Once your brand positioning is set, a weekly automation builds and schedules content across your channels, with everything approved before it posts. No autonomous posting or spend.

Watching the watchers

Oversight

A simple dashboard shows what every automation is doing and whether anything's broken, so the system stays visible instead of becoming a black box you have to trust blindly.

Our approach

Five operating principles, every automation

The discipline that makes it safe to move fast without anything going wrong that matters.

1
Draft, never send.Anything reaching a customer, supplier, or creditor is written by AI and reviewed by a human before it leaves. Enforced technically wherever possible, not just requested as policy.
2
Show the working, not just the answer.Any output that matters comes with a way to quickly check it against the source. If a human can't verify it at a glance, the automation isn't finished.
3
Read-only until proven, then advisory, then (rarely) autonomous.Financial and customer-facing automations stay advisory or draft-only permanently. Nothing is trusted to act alone until it has earned that trust.
4
Benchmark before you trust it.Before any automation touches a live task, it is tested blind against real historical examples and checked against what a human already knows to be correct.
5
Verify, don't extrapolate. If a summary says something is done, we open the actual file and look. The automations we build are held to the same standard.
